The Dream Daughter Book Review

Hey guys!!
So sorry that I have fallen behind on a lot of my reviews. My social media does not fall behind on reviews as I am always on social media, but I mostly forget to post my reviews on this blog. As always to see my latest reviews follow me on Instagram (@hunnelldaisy) or on my Facebook (Daisy Hunnell) otherwise just wait for me to remember lol😂

This blog post is my review of a book called The Dream Daughter that I received as an advanced readers copy (before release to public) and I would like to take a moment to thank SheSpeaks and St. Martins Press for sending me this wonderful book. The first thing that caught my attention was the fabulous artwork on the cover-- I don't know about you but I love a cover that can catch my attention and that has obviously had some effort put into it. This book is all about a mother's love and how strong that love is for her child. Not to give too much away but a woman has to travel to the future in order to obtain a surgery for her unborn daughter (still in womb) as the daughter would  not make it if born in her time period. She goes against all odds to help her child and every action that this woman takes is out of pure love. A quote from the book that really caught my attention and shows just how much this woman loves her child is "To my daughter, you don't know me yet. You don't know how long I've wanted you and longed for you. You may never know me. I don't know if I can find my way back to you. And if I do, I might be nothing but a stranger to you. But there's one thing that will never change. I will always be, Your Mother". This book kept my attention from beginning to end and it was beautifully done.

Here is one of my posts off Instagram:

If you are going to read just one book this year then make it this book!
